Day-by-day programme, flights, hotels, group chat — and an assistant that only answers about this trip. In your brand.

They get a code, they step into their trip. Everything is there, in the order they need it.
Where they are, the current step, the weather, tonight's hotel.
Day by day, from departure to return.
Flights, hotels, practical information, trip documents.
The places of the trip, and directions to each one.
The trip chat, and on-the-spot feedback when you ask for it.
On entering the trip, the app downloads the programme, the flights, the hotels, the practical information and the points of interest. They stay readable with no network — on a plane, in the desert, abroad without a plan.
PDF attachments, however, need a connection to open. We would rather tell you than let you find out in front of a client.
Every trip has its assistant, and it has one source only: your notebook. Your times, your hotels, your emergency contacts, your inclusions.
It does not search the web, and it does not invent. What it does not have, it says — and it points back to you rather than improvising. That is the only way to put an AI between your client and you.
Two levels: your company — your colours, your assistant's name, your application — and each trip, with its client and its content.
Two companies already run on the same platform, each with its own identity and assistant. Adding yours is a configuration, not a development.
A back office where you build the trip: the days, the flights, the hotels, the participants, the documents. You generate the invitation codes and you send them. Nothing to ask us, nothing to wait for.
These prices are for the product as it is. You can see what it does: if it does what you need, that is the price. If you want it to do something else — take over your back office, a screen specific to you — that is development, and we quote it separately.
Store fees on top, at publication. Net prices in euros: Botler360 Ltd is not VAT registered. For an EU business customer, reverse charge applies where relevant.
The app plugs into the rest of the range — costing platform, travel website, website agent, phone switchboard — but it stands on its own.
Book a meetingToday — the app runs in production for two companies, in the phone's browser, with its back office and its assistant.
iOS — in TestFlight, being processed by Apple.
App Store and Google Play — publication under way. First client launch: September 2026.
Language — the interface is in French today. Other languages follow; tell us which one you need.
It knows the product and the prices. Ask it your question.
Dial the number. This is not a voice menu: it is the agent, the one on this page, picking up. It is the shortest demonstration we can give you.
